Carolyn is based in Hillsborough, North Carolina, but she is available for photo shoots anywhere she can travel with her camera gear. A photo-imagery specialist, Carolyn believes that photography is so much more than technical expertise. It begins with great camera skills, then goes on to include set styling and location choices.
Whenever possible, I like to get to know people or places in advance of shoots. There is so much about a person or a place that is hidden. My greatest joy as a photographer is drawing out that special something and capturing it in a distinctive photograph. A photo is more than just an image.
